Refund policy

Returns

You can return anything you buy from Ondrelle within 30 days of delivery. The device should be in the condition you received it, with the charging cable and the box.

To start a return, send us your order number through the contact form at ondrelle.myshopify.com/pages/contact. We will reply with a return address and instructions. You cover return postage unless the device arrived damaged or faulty.

Once the device reaches us we refund you within 5 business days, to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not pay return postage.

Cancelling an order

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. If you contact us before your order has been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full. After it ships, the return process above applies.

What we cannot refund

Devices damaged through use, dropped, or exposed to water. The device is not water resistant.
