Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 8 to 15 business days, so most orders arrive within two to four weeks of being placed.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has been more than 3 business days and nothing has arrived, contact us.

If it does not arrive

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after you placed it, contact us with your order number and we will resend it or refund you in full.

Two-pack orders

Both devices ship together in one parcel.
